Promoting Electric Vehicle Cell Innovation Diffusion Considering Patent Licensing Strategy: A Combination of Evolutionary Game and Optimization Algorithm Approach

Electric vehicle cell industry is an emerging area with fierce competition on technical innovation, in which the patent holder can choose different innovation diffusion options to maximize return; however, strategy unclear certain scenarios. We tried explain question of how holder’s return by appropriate license promote EV diffusion, when and licensing relationship exist supply chain. A multistage multichannel model comprising holder, producer producers developed; evolutionary game analyzed considering among same stage players players; optimization algorithm introduced find maximum weighted object function holder. established found a nonlinear complex between key factors including royalty pricing advantage coefficient; addition, developed based adopters’ decision-making related licensing.
